Job Description

1. Leading New Product Development lot/Work-Order execution at SMT.
2. Ensuring all execution activities follow SOP, WI, and VAR to meet yield and throughput expectations.
3. Collecting and summarizing engineering data (Yield, Process Capability, Metrology Data, Error logs), observing any learnings, and communicating them to respective Engineers for improvement purposes.
4. Preparing and setting up required collateral, jigs/fixtures to ensure build readiness.
5. Assisting Engineers in following up with Operation and Quality teams on Work Order closure.
6. Assisting Engineers with new material/component first articles inspection and final buyoff.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering – Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics.
• Minimum of 2 years of process engineering experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of SMT Equipment and Processes such as Profile Board, AOI, Component Placement Programming, etc.
• Good attitude and attendance.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and improving production problems.
• Willing and flexible to work long hours when required.
