We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Audio-Visual (AV) Technician to join our team in Sepang, Malaysia. As an AV Technician, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of audio-visual equipment for various events and installations.

• Set up, operate, and maintain audio-visual equipment including projectors, sound systems, video cameras, and display screens
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
• Install and manage cable systems for optimal performance and neat appearance
• Process and manage audio and video signals to ensure high-quality output
• Collaborate with event organizers and clients to meet their AV requirements
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on AV equipment
• Assist in the design and implementation of AV solutions for various spaces
• Provide technical support during events and presentations
• Keep up-to-date with the latest AV technologies and industry trends
• Maintain accurate inventory records of AV equipment and supplies

• Associate's degree in Audio-Visual Technology or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in AV technology or a related field
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining various audio-visual equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with cable management and installation techniques
• Knowledge of audio and video signal processing
• Familiarity with various AV formats and standards
• Experience with control systems such as Crestron or AMX
• Basic networking skills
• InfoComm CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification (preferred)
• Understanding of event production and live streaming technologies
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Physical ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
