Technician, Facilities Maintenance

Support the organization within every area facilities maintenance towards shopping mall business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of building electrical and mechanical system; HVAC & chiller system: FCU, lightings, wiring, escalator, lift, kitchen system, firefighting system, CMMS, BMS.
• Carry out corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Electrical safety awareness/ prevention.
• Monitor and attend to contractors and sub contactors for maintenance work.

To qualify for the role, you must have qualifications, knowledge or skills as listed below:

• Certificate in electrical and mechanical engineering
• LV chargeman or PW wireman certificate
• 1-year experience and exposure to office building
