Role and responsibilities

1. Customer Service

- Provide friendly service, meeting all customer expectations

- Build good rapport with HPE and its Business Units

- Represent ISS as a professional, responsive and committed partner to the success and continuous improvement of the contract

- Be available to the client to discuss in an open and collaborative manner any concerning issues and take ownership over ensuring solutions are promptly actioned.

2. Occupational Health and Safety, Environment and Quality

- Ensure the adherence to ISS and Authority compliance standards covering:-

- Occupational health & Safety, Environment and Community

- Privacy and Trade Practices

3. Maintenance

- Responsible for completing assigned maintenance and repair work on Hewlett Packard to a high standard,

- Supervise electricians and apprentice electrician where applicable

- Install minor electrical equipment

- Compliance testing and tagging of all portable electrical equipment.

- Compliance testing of emergency lighting, exit signs and RCD's.

- Investigate equipment failure/malfunction and implement or coordinate repairs of such equipment.

- Attend emergency call outs

- Deliver planned preventative maintenance in accordance with post requirements,

- Be available to carry out electrical installations, maintenance or repairs that may cause major inconvenience during normal working hours,

- Determine resource requirements

4. Professionalism

- Stay informed about industry developments and proactively inform HPE stakeholders about changes in the infrastructure, products that could enhance or otherwise impact the delivery of services to HPE

- Ensure value creation opportunities are identified through service enhancement or cost saving opportunities

- Implementation of service and or saving enhancements

- Attention to detail

- The appropriate candidate will require language skills in both English and local language

- Ability to respond to a diverse, multi-cultural blend of high dynamic, demanding and professional clients

- Self-motivated, driven by success and determined

- Ability to work independently of direct management and motivate accordingly

REQUIREMENT :

Experience: 2 years’ in IFM

Qualification: PW4 or SKM Level 1 – 4 or Diploma in Technical (M&E)

Has own transportation

Able to work in between site’s (KL Gateway & Putrajaya)

Essential to speak in English & Bahasa
