Responsibilities:
- Assist to assemble, install, test & maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, fixtures, water pump & filter, gent-set and etc.
- Daily maintenance inspection on MP3 lift, air-cond, lighting, fan, sound system and etc. To ensure smooth operation of the site.
- Direct workers to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment and all lighting bulbs.
- Daily landscape maintenance inspection & cleanliness inspection inclusive of Tang Villa, Meng Palace, Heritage, Perpetual Garden, Zone A,D,E,F,G and all toilets.
- Ensure that machineries and motor vehicles are maintained according to schedule.
- Supervise & mobilization of maintenance workers.
- Liaise with external technician on maintenance services.
- Assist on set-up works for praying rites and event function.
- Prepare and submit daily maintenance record and check-list to management for further review and action.
- Any other task assigned to you by your superiors from time to time.
- Full collaboration with colleagues and superior.
Qualifications:
- SPM and above
- Able to write, read and communicate in English and Malay
- Preferably 2 years of experience and above in maintenance work.
