Technology Innovation Manager - Collaborative Environment

Job Descriptions 

1. Responsible for the planning and management of enterprise applications systems, innovation and technology related project requirements, functions, processes and application implementation. 
2. Responsible for the management and follow-up of IOT and industrial autonomation related projects in the factory. 
3. To plan, follow up and manage project plans, documents and handles issues arising from project.
4. Manage, track and report on the progress of project to the immediate Superior on regular basis or when there are issues encountered.
5. Coordinate all the Managers and users from all the related departments for project execution.
6. Manage and follow up closely on project documentation (project brief), test plans, requirement definition, project establishment, coordination, procurement, installation, project implementation, debugging/user testing, project operations, and confirmation of payment.
7. Supervise and facilitate project execution, working closely with suppliers to meet the master timelines.  
8. Carry out project risk identification and control management.
9. To organise and form project stakeholders to monitor and transform project results, plan and manage the IT’s operation and maintenance team as well as user training. 

The qualifications and skills we aspire in you:

• Bachelor or higher degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of related working experience.
• Familiar with Industrial Automation 4.0 and well versed in operating processes. 
• Understand the related communication protocols of both IOT and industrial automation, such as Lora, Modbus, RS series, OPC, MQTT, understanding of DCS, PLC. 
• Familiar with PMP project management, Excel, chart-making and ability write project-related documents. 
• Familiar with engineering installation, operating process and procedures, good knowledge of networks, server, PCs and network equipment hardware. 
• Familiar with manufacturing factory business processes or industrial automation processes. 
• Familiar with enterprise application management-related systems, such as ERP and other related application functions, ability to gather requirements and logical understanding. 
• Good communication, organisational and coordination skill, high adaptability and execution skills. 
• Familiarity with IOT and industrial automation management project is highly preferred.
