Job Responsibilities :
- Analyze, propose and manage technologies and resources for engineering related projects.
- Plan strategies for the development of designs and products on schedule and on budget.
- Monitor process KPIs and timely follow up with the team on the improvement project if needed.
- Prioritize, delegate and supervise all engineers’ activities and deliverables.
- Manage, support, and evaluate engineers’ performance.
- Hire new talent for the team and offer coaching and development opportunities.
- Provide input in strategic technical decisions and solutions, when needed.
- Build the entire technical documentation and project roadmaps
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 15 years (Diploma holder) or 10 years (Degree holder) of engineering roles with 3 years experiences in resources management.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills, problem solving/conflict management skills, Negotiation and influencing skills, Collaboration and good discernment/judgement , Change management adaptivity.
- PCB working experience will be advantage.
