We are seeking an expert TechOps Training Management Lead to join us as a Delivery Management Professional (SE7). In this highly visible role, you will navigate organizational complexity to shape, optimize, and manage the end-to-end training ecosystem for all IT associates supporting Pharma Technical Operations. Your work will ensure our global workforce remains highly compliant and fully prepared for Health Authority inspections.

The Role: What You Will Do

• Training Capability Delivery: Lead the strategic delivery, implementation, and tracking of training frameworks designed specifically for IT associates supporting TechOps.

• GxP Compliance & Inspection Readiness: Oversee the comprehensive assignment, tracking, and reporting of personnel training. You will ensure that robust, audit-ready evidence is seamlessly provided to Health Authorities inspectors.

• Content & Scope Leadership: Develop, implement, and champion scope management strategies and best practices for large-scale training initiatives, managing changes with minimal disruption.

• Strategic Problem Solving: Lead the analysis of complex, cross-boundary delivery problems, define strategic solution options, and drive consensus across global teams.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted partner to senior management and diverse stakeholder networks. You will develop communication plans, influence delivery decisions, and masterfully navigate conflicts to achieve alignment.

• Agile Coaching & Mentorship: Embed Agile best practices, foster a culture of continuous innovation, and mentor less experienced professionals to support team growth.

What You Will Bring to the Team

Experience & Archetype

• Proven Track Record: Extensive experience operating within a Delivery Management archetype (e.g., Program Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Agile Coach, Project Manager, or Scrum Master) managing large-scale, complex programs.

• Change Leadership: Demonstrated success embedding Agile methodologies and leading impactful organizational change initiatives across product lines or domains.

Technical & Compliance Expertise

• Critical GxP Knowledge: Deep, foundational knowledge of operating within a GxP-regulated environment is absolutely critical. You must understand compliance training requirements from initial assignment to tracking and reporting.

• Framework Implementation: Mastery in implementing various delivery frameworks, innovating methodologies, and driving continuous business process improvements.

Leadership & Professional Strengths

• Communication Mastery: Exceptional communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with an innate ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.

• Analytical Polish: Advanced analytical skills to evaluate strategic solution options and shape delivery roadmaps based on modern market trends.

• Mentorship Mindset: A strong passion for coaching, providing constructive feedback, and guiding others through complex problem-solving.
