Tekla Drafter / Quantity Surveyor - Urgent Role

Responsibilities (QUANTITY SURVEYOR):

• Assist in Taking Off, monthly progress claim, BQ, and sub-con progress claims prepared by QD.
• Preparation and submission of budgetary estimates from tender drawings, Bill of Quantities for all disciplines and costs estimation, progress claim, variation order, evaluation of claims, etc.
• Prepare award of contracts, check contract documents and, recommend contractor's valuations.
• To be fully in charge of BQ, materials computation and contracts preparation.
• Acquire quotations from contractors and suppliers for purpose of cost assessment, analysis, or budgeting.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and sub-contractors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent Building Technology or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in construction or Precast experience.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and computer skills in Microsoft Office application

Responsibilities (TEKLA DETAILER):

• Involved in design, coordination and preparation of specification and plans and to liaise with Project Managers and Engineers for technical drawings and submission approval
• Prepare 3D structural models, shop drawings and fabrication drawings
• Maintain good document control and filing

Requirements: 

• Shop drawing preparation and well versed using Tekla Structures or Autodesk advance steel, AutoCAD and Sketch-up software
