WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Conduct compelling calls to various organisations to establish and maintain connections.
• Identify and generate leads within targeted businesses.
• Ensure the quality of leads provided to the sales team by conducting thorough research and verification.
• Maintain an organised database of quality leads to facilitate efficient sales processes.
• Monitor the progress of leads and ensure timely follow-up by the sales team.
• Coordinate efforts between our sales team and our clients to maintain strong lead pipelines.
• Track the conversion rates of leads to sales on a weekly basis.
• Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and achieve sales targets.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

• Proven experience as an Outbound Telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients. 
• Adaptability, Resilience to handle setbacks and customer rejections. and a deep hunger to improve. 
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
