Job Description

• To reach out potential clients through an existing network, cold calls, and more.
• To deliver professional, cost effective and quality telesales to achieve the mission and objectives.
• To provide efficient and effective operational support ensuring customer's satisfaction and build strong customer relationship.
• Achieving the sales target monthly and always go for more.
• Do follow up customer on the application and assure the customer document has been successfully submitted.
• To contribute in team effort by accomplishing related results as needed individually and as a team player with the guidance and coaching of your Team Leader.
• To foster a collaborative environment within the team and make the best out of it.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
• Ability to actively listen and respond effectively to customer needs.
• Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and objections.
• Flexibility to adjust sales approach based on customer feedback.
• Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
