Telemarketer - Career Growth Potential

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Outreach Endeavors: Engage in proactive outreach by placing calls to individuals or businesses sourced from provided contact lists or databases. Articulate the company's offerings in a compelling manner with the primary aim of securing appointments.
• Product/Service Mastery: Attain a strong understanding of customers’ needs and requirements, and address it with a comprehensive presentation of the products or services on offer.
• Appointment Coordination: Skillfully navigate conversations to seamlessly transition from the initial pitch to setting appointments. Apply persuasive techniques to secure appointments with qualified leads genuinely interested in the offerings.
• Data management: Accurately document customer information, interactions, and appointment specifics within the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
• Handling Objections: Tackle customer objections and concerns related to appointment scheduling, providing reassurance and pertinent information as required.
• Follow-Up Protocol: Dispatch appointment reminders and confirmations to prospects, ensuring they are well-prepared and committed to the scheduled interaction.
• Reporting: Monitor and report on key appointment-setting metrics, encompassing successful appointments booked, cancellation rates, and rescheduling rates.
• Continuous Development: Stay abreast of product/ service updates, market trends, and appointment-setting methodologies to augment effectiveness in securing appointments.

Education, Experiences, Skills and Knowledge:

• Initiate outbound calls, promote product/ services with effective communication. 
• Prior experience with telemarketing from any industry and passion for tele-communication.
• Familiar with IT products and services (i.e. desktops/ laptops) knowledge to generate interest of potential leads.
• Systematically follow up on leads, converting prospects into sales opportunities.
• Actively participate in marketing & product training to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
• Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or its equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Business acumen with an insight, a perception, and a sharpness to understand client’s needs and business opportunities.
