Telemarketer - Innovative Company

Responsibilities

• Cold Call clients using a given phone directory and explain important information to clients
• Invite customers for a tour for a free health check at our screening center
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
• Achieve monthly target requirement

工作职责

• 接听来自潜在客户的来电
• 邀请客户到我们的健康检查中心并享有免费的健康体检
• 处理投诉或疑虑，维护公司声誉
• 开拓新市场，发展新客户
• 负责支援销售部的活动，策划，并携手完成销售指标
• 高佣金计划的基本工资

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (preferably).
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
• Retirees are welcome to apply
• Able to work immediately
