Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to customers speaking English, Mandarin, or Cantonese to promote products or services

• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and offers to potential customers

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and outcomes

• Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with customers

• Achieve individual and team sales/telemarketing targets

• Follow company scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards

Requirements

• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (spoken and written)

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage

• Willing to work on-site in the PJ office
