1) JOB DESCRIPTION
Answers and routes incoming calls.
All incoming calls to answer within three (3) rings.
Performs database retrieval for directory information.
Ensure telephone directory in place.
Assists callers in identifying needs and then routing calls appropriately.
To communicate effectively with customers.
Reports PABX console/computer problems to supervisor.
To ensure the PABX system always in good order.
Keep good all the belonging such as (Table top, chairs, personal locker and others) in a good form.
To ensure all the belonging are kept in good condition.
Updates and maintains staff directory to ensure accurate delivering of information.
To ensure accuracy of staff directory.
Updates on call rosters, consultant on leave and new consultant.
To ensure accurate and correct information deliver to others.
Provides information obtained from a variety of sources to field questions from the public regarding departments, phone numbers, operational hours, etc.
Provide training for new operators or on-call substitutes.
To ensure the new staff understand the job responsibilities.
To make announcement when necessary.

2) JOB REQUIREMENT
Minimum SPM.
Able to work on shift and weekends.
Answer incoming calls politely and promptly.
Rotation work from operator to front desk.
