Job Description:
- To be responsible for smooth handling of incoming and outgoing calls
- To answer all in-coming and out-going calls in a professional manner and to practice Standard Answering Phrase
- To assist patient, make appointment through Arcus (hospital information system)
- Handle irate callers professionally and courteously by helping them to resolve their issue or redirecting the calls to correct person or department
Job Requirement:
- Possess at least SPM certification.
- Minimum 1year experience. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply as well
- Good command in English
- MUST Willing to work on shift schedule basis (3-shifts) / Public Holidays / Weekends
