Sales - Outbound (Call Centre & Customer Service)

Job Description:

• Make call to customers to explain product benefits, pricing and reconfirm the address.
  
   
• Documentation and Reporting: Generate reports on their sales in excel file.
  
   
• Continuous Learning: Need to stay updated on changes, product offerings, pricing and others.  

Education and Qualification:

• At least an SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field of studies. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Basic Salary + Commission.
• Annual leaves.
• Medical leaves.
