     Requirements:

• Minimum SPM holder
• Must be fluent and able to communicate professionally in Malay
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experienced in telemarketing job is a good advantage
• A drive to earn income
• Able to start immediately

  Job Description:
• Conduct outbound calls and demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with prospects
• Deliver good customer experience by focusing on customer's wants and needs
• Able to meet monthly KPI
• Meeting the quality service standards
• Precisely document all customer engagements, maintain lead statuses, and oversee the sales pipeline through the company's CRM system
• Deliver compelling and convincing presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features and advantages of customized products and solutions based on their individual requirements
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the manager
