About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive, TS-Cards Portfolio to join RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to promote and sell card portfolio products, while delivering a high standard of customer engagement. You will play a key role in achieving daily sales targets, managing leads efficiently, and contributing to the Bank’s overall growth.
What you will be doing
Sales Management
Achieve stipulated daily sales targets through outbound calling activities.
Ensure all assigned leads are followed up and completed within the stipulated timeline.
Maintain conversion/success rates of leads in line with the targets set.
Service Management
Maintain accurate customer information and records in the system.
Deliver a positive customer experience through professional and effective communication.
What we're looking for
Preferably 1–2 years of working experience in a sales environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers at all levels.
Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced telesales environment.
