Job Description :

The successful candidate will be responsible for data capture, complaint escalation, and supporting the overall operations of the Call Centre.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customers' queries within agreed service levels.
• Provide accurate and relevant answers with courtesy and empathy.
• Capture relevant data on each call for record-keeping.
• Report and escalate customer complaints promptly to the supervisor.
• Assist in managing daily call center operations and preparing performance reports.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on call center systems and procedures.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the supervisor.
• Call and negotiate repayment with customers to achieve collection targets.
• Update calling activities in the system for future reference.
• Send email reminders to non-contactable customers.

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizenship required.
• SPM/Diploma/Degree holder in any field.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service orientation.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Fresh graduates strongly encouraged to apply.
• Consideration given to unemployed individuals.
