Temporary Finance Executive - Unlimited Growth Potential

The Temporary Finance Executive is required for 1 year, subject for renewal.  Primarily responsibilities include operational management, financial reporting, and assist in the implementation of a new student management system, upgrading an existing system, and introducing e-invoicing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Temporary Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing support to the Accounts and Finance department on various ad-hoc tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Transactions recognition , data processing and updating :
• Assist in the accurate and timely update of financial data into the company's systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency across the financial records.

Account reconciliation :

• Perform periodic reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Work closely with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Financial reporting :

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements, inclusive of associated schedules.
• Prepare analytical financial reports as required by the management team.

Audit support:

• Provide assistance during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.

Customer inquiries:

• Assist in answering the inquiries posed by customers related to invoices, refunds and any other related matters.

Ad-Hoc Projects:

• Contribute to special projects and initiatives within the Accounts and Finance department as needed.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS MINIMUM ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting / Finance

RELATED EXPERIENCE

• At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in Finance and Accounts, preferably with experience in preparing full set accounts.
• Candidate who has client servicing and data analytical experience is preferred.
