Temporary Staff (Payroll Services)

Payroll Administration

• Prepare and process monthly payroll for assigned Group companies / external clients in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintain and update employee payroll data (new hires, resignations, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments).
• Validate attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, deductions and claims.
• Monitor transaction status and ensure payment success.

Statutory & Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, and HRDCorp requirements.
• Generate, submit, and verify statutory reports and payment files.
• Submit monthly and annual statutory submissions (e.g., CP22, EA, E).
• Handle statutory audits and resolve discrepancies.

HRIS and Data Integrity

• Maintain and update payroll-related employee data in HRIS.
• Reconcile payroll data and reports for accuracy.
• Monitor system records for compliance with statutory requirements.

Client & Internal Reporting

• Prepare payroll-related reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support internal audits and year-end reporting exercises.

Process Improvement & System Support

• Identify and recommend process improvements for payroll efficiency and accuracy.
• Liaise with payroll system vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Employee Services & Benefits

• Address employee queries regarding salary, deductions, taxes and benefits.
• Coordinate with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) on insurance and medical claims.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with HR colleagues across recruitment, industrial relations, administration and training.
• Provide backup support for other payroll personnel.

Other Duties

• Perform any additional tasks as instructed by the supervisor, manager or Head of Department.
