Job Description
- Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports, and price list.
- Manage and attend request for quotations (RFX/RFQ), sales enquiries, sourcing, prepare both commercial and technical proposals and ensure submission on time.
- Perform tender sourcing, preparation, documentation, compilation, and timely submission inclusive of proposal, HSE and other supporting or documents required.
- Review technical specification.
- Expedite and monitor delivery status on orders awarded to ensure contractual delivery date is met.
- Achieve sales and project tender target and or KPI as set by the Company.
Education and/or Experience
- Degree in electrical/instrumentation engineering
- 2 years’ experience in relevant oil and gas industry in respect to job description
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Salary remuneration offered is based on candidate experience and qualification.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Priority for Sarawakian
- Have own transport
- Ability to manage own working time to meet deadlines
