Job Description
Promotion & Managing of Test Center
- To manage day-to-day operations of the Test Center;
- To administer and invigilate various tests (ie, PTE Academic, PMI, UCAT, RGOC, etc) following established guidelines;
- To ensure the Test Center operates on a commercially profitable and viable position;
- To ensure that all tests are administered and carried out with in relevant policies, guidelines, and standards;
- To ensure confidentiality of test results;
- To comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies;
- To troubleshoot all technical issues with internal and external team;
- Liaison person with all test providers (Pearson, AEAS, British Council IELTs, etc) on any ongoing concerns, issues or promotions;
- To achieve the target given by management;
- To prepare and upkeep monthly reports for submission to management and accounts department;
- To attend to all potential exam enquiries and registrations;
- To ensure all promotion materials are up to date and available for counsellors to utilize;
- To upkeep and maintain testing inventories to ensure functionality and items remain in good condition
Other Administrative Supports
- To support counselling teams with marketing task, ie:
- School Fairs/ Exhibitions
- School Talks
- AUGtrix
2. Any other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Preferable at least 1-2 years working experience in Test center or Customer Service preferred.
- Required Languages: English, Malay, and Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese)
Courteous, patient and tactful personality with strong customer service orientations.
