Test Technician

Quality Assurance & Control (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

Responsibilities:
Assist engineers in developing complete FCT testers used for production lines (Wiring, PCBA Assembly, Test Software & Hardware debugging, and troubleshooting).
Aid engineers in performing tester GR&R and validation before release to production lines.
Support engineers in conducting tests for submitted NPI sample boards according to Customer Test Specifications.
Provide and update functional tester documents, Test Work Instructions, Equipment Setup Instructions, and Test Software Release documents.
Assist engineers in troubleshooting PCBA problems.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electronics or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in assembling Electronics Tester
parts/FCT Test Field/Manufacturing Environment.
Ability to read and understand electrical & electronic schematics diagrams,
wire lists,and parts lists.
Proficient in computer usage with knowledge of Basic NI LabVIEW test software.
Extensive experience in test software optimization and fine-tuning before production use.
Proficient in test documentation, board repair, debugging, troubleshooting, and functional testing.
Experience with basic knowledge of test equipment including multi-meters,
oscilloscopes, computers, and tester setups used for PCBA.
Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen and willing to work in Johor Bahru.
