Job description
- Support and liaison with tool designer for all projects.
- Developing blueprints for new tooling designs as per client or project specifications.
- Collaborate with product design engineers, manufacturing facilities, and suppliers to ensure products meet quality and delivery requirements
- Adhere to all application Occupational Safety and Health laws and regulation as will as such standards, practices and procedures instituted by the Company.
- Design and develop mechanical systems and components using SolidWorks® CAD software
- Confer with management, engineering and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, needs and any other considerations to facilitate and improve production processes
- Utilize design software to conceptualize manufacturing tooling
- Any other related tasks that may be assigned by superior as deemed appropriate.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for tool design and manufacturing processes.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Casting/Tooling or similar industry.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
