In this role you will be responsible for:
- Booking and allocating Private Client & Institutional trades to accounts
- Monitoring and maintaining IRESS/IOS Bookings
- Reporting Institutional trades via OMGEO CTM and/or IOS ETC (Electronic Trade Confirmations)
- Processing authorized re-bookings & error requests from advisory staff
- Processing Fixed Interest bookings
- Management of unallocated trades daily
- Booking to and reconciling Suspense & Error accounts
- Contract note finalization and printing
- Archiving of manual order records
- Management reporting (including order investigations)
- Reporting firm’s short sales and short positions
Knowledge and Experience:
- 1-3 years administration experience, preferably within stockbroking industry
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- Attention to detail – quality of output
- Ability to work productively and independently in a team environment
- Ability to build relationships with business stakeholders
- Professional approach
- Committed and reliable
Other requirements:
- Willing to work on Malaysia Public Holidays
- Working hour – 9am - 6pm (Sydney time)

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- Required Skill(s): good English communication skills, multitasking, administration experience, meticulous
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance – Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate with relevant study is encourage to apply
