As the Trade Marketing Executive, you will support the Trade Marketing Function on BTL Executions (Customer and Vendor Facing), Promotions, Sales Development \u0026 Sales Analytics.\n\nAdditionally, this role will cover Key Account Management activities for our FAN and Departmental Stores channels.\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Do:\n\nTrade Marketing\n\n * Execute end to end BTL A\u0026P plan basis aligned objectives with Marketing to drive synergies between ATL \u0026 BTL plans\n * Align and execute SOP for smooth A\u0026P processing for internal teams, vendors and key stake holders \u2013 ensuring minimum delays as per plan\n * Anchor and drive monthly reconciliation of BTL A\u0026P spends against annual budget with finance team \u0026 line manager.\n * Build \u0026 Drive mechanism to measure and evaluate all major BTL spends\n * Evaluate various events driven by key accounts \u2013 collaborate with the events which will help to drive our larger plans\n * Build strong communication pipeline for communicating all promotions and plans, through Trade Bulletin \u0026 Marketing Decks.\n * Anchor the sales MIS templates through Hasbro MIS team.\n * Anchor successful execution of NPD plans and drive frequent reviews with the team to analyze and act on key sales agendas.\n * Develop launch decks comprising of all products and initiatives to support launches across channels.\n * Develop solutions to increase visibility for all key initiatives - the plans need to coincide with the larger marketing plans - to drive maximum visibility and generate recall\n * Efficiently use available resources and invest in proven strategies to drive maximum impact through BTL campaigns within allocated budgets\n\n\n\nKey Account Management\n\n * Key interface between the category buyers for the accounts handled and the internal stake holders.\n * Analyze market needs and develop account plans.\n * Liaise with the buyers/merchandising managers to negotiate ops to be run in the account nationally/regionally.\n * Responsible for customer management, sales growth \u0026 market share of for the account.\n * Ensure on time NPD\u2019s, promotions, stocks ins and quick response to identified problems.\n * Leverage his understanding of the retailers / customers and their ways of working to drive Customer Delight.\n * Responsible for secondary sales development for all assigned product categories, Distribution management.\n * Create, implement, execute and manage marketing and promotional campaigns and activity through the partner.\n * Regularly provide channel partner information and business activity to the internal team and deliver monthly sales forecast updates on a weekly basis.\n * Work closely and maintain strong working relationship with Sales and Marketing Team to ensure greater channel sales development and sell through contribution.\n * Maintain steady in-store visits to ensure implementation of brand presence and visibility for driving brand turns.\n\n\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Bring: \n\n * Prior experience in Key Account Management and/or Trade Marketing\n * In-depth Knowledge of operations of sales operations and channel dynamics\n * Effective communication \u0026 Negotiation skills\n * Networking and influencing ability\n * Planning \u0026 Analytical Skills\n * Microsoft Office / IT skills\n * High on initiative/bias for Action\n * People Skills\n * Integrity \u0026 Commitment\n * Team Player.\n * Achievement oriented\n * Presentation Skills\n * Attention to Detail\n\n\n\n#LI-Hybrid\n\nAbout Hasbro\n\nHasbro is a leading games, IP and toy company whose mission is to create joy and community through the magic of play.
