Position ResponsibilitiesB2B Sales Support:-Assist the B2B Sales team by providing trade marketing materials and support for below-the-line marketing activities.Event Management:-Plan, organize, and execute trade events from start to finish, ensuring all logistics and details are meticulously managed.Visual Merchandising:-Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of visual merchandising strategies and materials as needed.Promotional Campaigns:-Develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive product visibility and sales in trade channels.Market Analysis: -Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in trade marketing strategies.Vendor Coordination:-Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of trade marketing materials and event setups.Budget Management:-Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within allocated resources.Reporting and Analysis: -Track and analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing activities and events, providing detailed reports and recommendations for future improvements.Collaboration:-Work closely with the sales, product, and marketing teams to align trade marketing efforts with overall business goals and strategies.Brand Consistency:-Ensure all trade marketing activities and materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand image across all channels. Qualifications and Experience-Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG, Retail or any smiliar field-Minimum Diploma Holder in Marketing, Business Management, Trade Marketing, or any related-Proven experience in physical stores of Modern Trade, Convenient Store, Retail Outlets or Gas Stations-Good command of both written and spoken in English and Bahasa-Willingness to travel- Able to work in a fast-paced and high-intensity work environment  -Ability to plan and manage multiple projects that are happening concurrently in collaboration with other marketing divisions,  a Necessity, not a Luxury
