Joining us means being part of a team that drives business performance, supports regional operations, and continuously seeks better ways to serve our internal and external customers.\n\n## The impact you\u2019ll make\n\nThe Trade Operations Analyst is responsible for executing day-to-day import/export activities, ensuring compliance with Malaysian Customs regulations, and supporting trade-related data analytics and reporting. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n 1. Support daily import operations by ensuring accurate HS Code classification in alignment with LMW A1 and A2 exemption approvals to facilitate smooth customs clearance.\n 2. Monitor, track, and report any issues related to customs compliance or clearance activities, and promptly escalate to the superior when necessary.\n 3. Prepare and submit monthly Customs reports (M1 and M2) with full accuracy and on-time delivery to relevant authorities or assigned customs officers.\n 4. Prepare and submit yearly Customs Report (M4) for LMM 1.1 Kulim, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and timely submission.\n 5. Process and verify Return-to-Vendor (RTV) documentation from the warehouse team, ensuring data accuracy and compliance before applying for Customs approvals (GPB AM and GPB 1).\n 6. Apply for daily customs approvals and coordinate closely with customs officers to expedite any urgent requests and avoid shipment delays.\n 7. Ensure any Finished Goods (FG) direct export shipment movement receive prior confirmation from Trade Operations before approval and release.\n 8. Ensure shipment movement control by verifying that all transfers from LMM 1.1 Kulim to LMM Batu Kawan receive prior confirmation from Trade Operations before approval and release.\n 9. Report and update compliance issues related to LMM 1.1 Kulim operations to the superior at the Batu Kawan site.\n 10. Maintain accurate and audit\u2011ready documentation for all LMM 1.1 movements and approvals, ensuring proper record keeping for internal and customs audits.\n 11. Prepare monthly operational support update review.\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related discipline.\n * 2\u20134 years experience in import/export operations or trade compliance.\n * Familiarity with Malaysia Customs procedures, LMW framework, and brokerage coordination.\n * Proficient in using/understanding DagangNet, and SAP systems.\n * Working knowledge of Power BI and Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling).\n * Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently.\n * Good communication and coordination skills to work cross-functionally.\n * Knowledge of Warehouse receiving and shipping process\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n * Experience in manufacturing or high-volume trade environments.\n * Understanding of INCOTERMS and international shipping documentation.\n * Exposure to customs audit preparation or internal controls.\n * Have experiences on problem solving tools like 5why, PDCA.\n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
