Supplier Relationship Management

• Establish and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key suppliers.
• Lead negotiations for high-value contracts to secure the best terms and conditions.
• Evaluate supplier performance regularly to ensure they meet our quality and delivery standards.

Inventory Optimization

• Create and execute strategies to optimize inventory levels and turnover rates.
• Use data analytics to predict demand and adjust buying strategies accordingly.

Financial and Market Analysis

• Develop and manage the cosmetics purchasing budget, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Monitor and analyse sales data to refine purchasing strategies and maximize profitability.

Category and Brand Management

• Develop category management plans to drive sales and market share.
• Work with Marketing Department to design and implement promotional campaigns.
• Monitor competitive activity and adapt strategies to maintain market leadership.
