Our client is growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Trading System Specialist

Reporting to: Trading System Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the onboarding of Managed Accounts and Social trading strategies
• Assist with the day to day operational tasks of the Trading Systems department
• such as creation of new strategies, withdrawals, commission payments,
• troubleshooting related to Managed Accounts
• Assist in the monitoring of Managed Account activities to optimize partner
• performance and make sure that requirements are met
• Assist all clients on LiveChat, Emails, Phone for questions related to Managed
• Accounts and Social Trading
• Educate the partners on the companys platforms, trading products, new features
• Proactively work to retain existing business and try to expand it
• Update Trading Systems team social media channels
• Enforce prudent approach and due diligence to the regulatory framework as per the
• company policies, ethos and ethics.
• Working with the team to ensure KPIs are met.
• Supporting and assisting all departments as required

Candidate profile:

• A good understanding of CFDs and at least 1-year experience in the industry,
• preferably in a customer service/operations position.
• Knowledge of affiliates/IB/partnerships in Forex is a bonus
• A good understanding of MT4/5 platforms
• Well versed in Forex calculations such as pip value, leverage, margin
• Driven and results orientated
• Strong negotiation skills
• Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• applications.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Fluency in English, additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Able to work from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM Malaysia time.
