Trainer - Automotive (Commercial Vehicle) - Hiring Urgently

Responsibilities

• Design training course; conduct training needs analysis and develop training course.
• Develop teaching and learning resources; evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and learning process and resources.
• Conduct training and organize industrial activities.
• Ensure implementation and effectiveness of competency-based training.
• Implement and evaluate assessment system.
• Evaluate adequacy and relevancy of training facilities.
• Carry out administration function; record keeping system, prepare budget and administer On-Job Training (OJT).
• Administer professional development program; conduct needs analysis, prepare requisition and organize professional development program.
• Follow up the training program and analyze the feedback from customers for training improvement.
• Carry out the Section's Action plan according to each item’s schedule.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent from recognized institutions.
• Minimum 2 years of training working experience as automotive trainer or instructor with good technical background.
• Possess Train-The-Trainer Certificate (TTT) from HRD Corp.
• Valid driving license. Candidates with “E” class license would be an added advantage. Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with good command of both Bahasa Malaysia & English (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, SharePoint, MS Team, Zoom, MS 365).
• Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs with impressive presentation and public speaking skills
• Being able to communicate well with the team members work with you.
