Trainer- Automotive Industry - Immediate Start

Our client is 1 of the famous Automotive group company.

Establishes, implements and directs sales training programs to ensure coherent with the latest features, specifications, and innovations in product lineup to provide comprehensive product knowledge training to the sales team with maximum effectiveness and training techniques.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Stay updates on industry trends, competitor products, and sales best practices to continually enhance training content and methodologies

Collaborate with the Product and Sales Manager to create, improve, and maintain training programs to meet the evolving needs of the sales team

Development sales training materials for new product, planning for rolling out training to sales team in an effective and efficient manners to ensure sales team equipped with comprehensive product knowledge.

Evaluating the effectiveness of training through collecting feedbacks, provide insights for improvement and continue to strive for delivering a comprehensive first-class training.

Qualification and Education:

Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., Business, Education, or Automotive Management) is preferred. Experience:

Min 4~6 years working experience in automotive field Technical Knowledge / Skills:

In depth automotive product knowledge, industry and market trends. Experience in designing and delivering training programs is highly desirable.

People Knowledge / Skills:

Good interpersonal, excellent presentation and communication skills, project management &planning skills, analytical a n d driven individual.
