Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s and/orMasters in Hospitality/Hotel Management or a relatedfield.
• Candidates should have at least 5 yearsof experience in Room Division/Hotel Management/Accommodationsectors at the supervisory level.
• Candidatesshould have at least 3 years of teaching and/or training experiencein Front Desk or Front Office duties.
• Goodinterpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with studentsand staff from a diverse range of backgrounds.
• Excellent command of spoken and writtenEnglish

Job Descriptions:

• To train students/participants in primary frontoffice duties that will develop lasting relationships with guestsand build loyalty to drive hotel revenue.
• Toanticipate guests’ needs ahead of time and respond to requestseffectively.
• Correct guests’ issues in atimely and professional manner.
• Reply totelephone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures,reservations, and payments.
• Confirmtransactional data, clearly communicate costs and fees, and postroom charges.
• Monitor reservations to trackincoming parties and special events.
• Handlepayment processing duties, and provide customers with receipts andproper bill and change.

Housekeeping Trainer CumTutor

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s and/orMasters in Hospitality/Hotel Management or a relatedfield.
• Candidates should have at least 5 yearsof experience in Room Division/Hotel Management/Accommodationsectors at the supervisory level.
• Candidatesshould have at least 3 years of teaching and/or training experiencein Housekeeping.
• Good interpersonal skills andgood stamina to handle physical demands.

Job Descriptions:

• To trainstudents/participants on the following tasks to industrystandards:
• Establish cleanliness, tidiness,and hygiene standards.
• Clean and maintainguest rooms, hall, lobby, stairways, and public areas.
• Perform and demonstrate duties such as bed-making,ironing, laundry, cleaning, deep cleaning, and otherchores.
• Ensure proper usage and storage ofHousekeeping supplies and chemicals.
• Trainstudents/participants on proper cleaning techniques and equipmentusage.
• Ensure compliance with safety andsanitation regulations.
