Responsibilities:

Developing and delivering training to retail staff
Conducting online and in-store coaching on product knowledge & selling skills
Timely updating retail staff on product information
Coordinating training events
Providing pre- and post-purchase customer service (Eg: enquiries about products)
Guiding retail staff in handling customer's enquiries and feedbacks
Road show support and other administrative duties
Other duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

Professional Certification or Degree in Human Health & Nutrition or equivalent
Training skills
At least 1 year working experience in relevant industry
Proficient in spoken and written English
Required Skill(s): Positive customer service attitude, good interpersonal skills , resourceful & organized
Able to travel outstation (when needed)
