Penerangan Pekerjaan - Training Governance Executive (Admin)

Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

  • Providing general clerical support to Training Department for all administrative tasks under training related matters. 

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in preparing routine of Training department reports with high quality, accurately & to ensure submission all the relevant reports in timely manner, which includes:
  • Daily Report – Induction Training Attendance Report, TSR Transfer/Relocation Report & etc.
  • Monthly Report- Monthly Induction Training Report, Summary of TSR Transfer/Relocation Report, Development Programs & etc.
  • Any add hoc report as when as required.
  • To compile, monitor, store & submit all employees training records, assessment, attendance sheet, forms & others documents, to HR department for record purpose. 
  • To support in organizing of training program including preparation of room booking, training facilities and equipment, printing of document/forms/materials, sending a training invitation and other relevant tasks.
  • To manage & track all compliance requirements for all level of staff including preparing schedule, exam registration for industry relevant certification (PCE/TBE) and others, in timely manner & adherence to the training plan/roadmap.
  • To work closely with HR to maintain training records & all documents for compliance requirements.
  • Assists in handling other operational tasks as and when required- attendance record, staff’s access, stationery, etc.

Requirements:

  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U / Professional Certificate / Diploma / Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Pleasant personality, matured and independent.
  • Working knowledge in MS Office Applications (expertise in Excel & Word)
  • Required skill(s): letter writing, report writing, other formal documents.
  • Meticulous, analytical with good interpersonal and communication skills.
