You will research areas to run cutting edge training events. In addition to that, you will be entrusted to manage the trainer, intellectual content, flow and direction of these events.

Main Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Trainers:
- Communicating, liaising and working closely with senior level managers from various industries.
- Qualifying and inviting industry experts as speakers/course facilitators.
- Negotiating terms and rates with trainers.
- Training Program Management:
- Carry out desk & phone research and gather competitor intelligence to determine the commercial viability and timing of a training program (yearly).
- Reading and analyzing news and articles to gain an insight into current issues and market trends across different industries for hot training programs.
- Handling all enquiries from sales department for training programs.
- Trainer's Management
- Managing relationships with a range of existing and new trainer / speakers.
- Manage trainer's confirmation and arrangement for program delivery.
- Working with other teams and lead en route for successful delivery.
- General/Other administratiove duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in BBA (Business Admin or Human Resource Management) is a minimum requirement
- Minimum ONE year working experience (experience in the conference/training industry is preferred)
- Have good customer service attitute as need to deal with many partners
- Strong interests in current business issues and industry demands
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens only
- 1-Full time positions available
