Training Specialist (Learning & Development)

Purpose Statement: The Training Specialist II will develop and deliver effective technical training programs to aid in the enhancement of technical skills within the organization. This role is responsible for the creation of training materials, training coordination, and ensuring the seamless execution of training initiatives. This role involves the coordination and partnership with organizational subject matter experts on the appropriate training delivery methods and content accuracy.\n\nKey Job Accountabilities:\n\n * Administer learning management system training to maintain data and record integrity and accuracy.\n * Support communication and alignment of global training processes and programs.\n * Manage training processes to ensure compliance with procedures, work instructions, and training matrix requirements.\n * Facilitate delivery of training materials to ensure effective content delivery.\n * Manage training materials for compliance and accuracy by analyzing training related data and trends.\n\n\n\nEducation/Experience Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s Degree with 2 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.\n\n\n\nOther Qualifications:\n\n * Brings a foundation of experience in developing and delivering targeted technical training programs by demonstrating a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning.\n * Possesses proficiency in translating complex concepts into accessible and engaging content by utilizing various training tools and platforms to ensure effective knowledge transfer.\n\n\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\n * Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment.
