Job Description
• To handle daily Hilltop Bus Terminal (BT3) operation;
• To submit report to the Executive on duty for verification for every arrival.
• To closing the sales daily report, the inspectors have to go to the casino counter to reconfirm that the arrival list matches the casino buy-in.
• To prepare the daily and summary reports on daily bus arrivals to the resort under the GGM Program for submission to the Executive.
• To report, record and follow up actions of any internal and external incidents related to operational matters;
• To train and coach subordinates on their roles and responsibilities;
• To be rotated and work based on operation requirement.
Job Requirements
• Possess a Diploma in any field with at least 1 year working experience in customer service / logistic / management;
• OR SPM with at least 2 years working experience in customer service / logistic / management;
• Possess good leadership qualities and the ability to supervise others;
• Have good administrative and organizing skills;
• Able to communicate & write simple English and Bahasa Malaysia;
• Possess PC knowledge will be an added advantage;
• Good working performance & disciplinary record.
