Transshipment Executive

Company Background:

In Malaysia, they operate as a key node in a global network that spans over 100 countries, specialising in moving goods via air, ocean, and road while leveraging advanced technology to provide real-time visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist to prepare transshipment documentations
• Reporting and data entry
• Coordinate all shipping requirements in respect to transshipments
• Prepare and check through t/s documentation.
• Attend to customers inquiries pertaining to rates and assist in queries/bookings/follow ups/complaints
• Track shipments and updates
• Manage and follow-up on any discrepancies
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• 2 years of related experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding/Transportation/Logistics industry
• Fresh school leavers with the right aptitude are welcomed to apply
• Proficient in MS-Office applications
• Prior experience with Cargowise system not essential but would be a bonus
• Proficient in Basic English and Basic Chinese
• Organised and meticulous
• Great sense of responsibilities and commitment
• Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn
• Team player

Job Details

• Location: USJ 25, Subang Jaya
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
