Treasury Executive - Exciting Challenge

Job Responsibilities:

• To perform day to day Treasury operations and reporting of General Trading Business.
• To monitor daily bank balances position and Banker Acceptance (BA)’s maturity commitment. Arrange for funding through fund transfers or BA creation.
• To prepare documentations for Letter of Credit, banker guarantees and documents against payments.
• To prepare daily cash report and outstanding trade commitments for submission to CHQ – Treasury.
• To prepare urgent payments on time for eligibility to claim for rebate and incentives.
• To ensure all payment vouchers with supporting documents are passed on to accounts department for timely M3 updating.
• To ensure proper filing copies of payment vouchers and banking documents.
• To liaise with Bankers for the BA creation and Letter of Credit issuing matters.
• To monitor and prepare supplier payments.
• To Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least Diploma/ Degree in Banking/ Accounting or its equivalent.
• Candidates must have minimum 1-2 years of working experience in accounting/ treasury related field.
• Positive mindset, committed, analytical, proactive and able to work in a team as well as independently.
• Full-time position is available at Menara Hap Seng, Jalan P. Ramlee KL.

Working Hour:
Monday to Thursday: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Friday: 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
Saturday (Alternate): 9.00 am to 12.30 pm
