Job Description
- Bank relations
Keep the company’s bankers apprised of the company financial condition and if required projections as well as any forthcoming changes in its need for funding for capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects or additional working capital requirements. - Reporting
Provides Senior Management team with report concerning cash flow position (current & future), FOREX position (amount hedged and unhedged), funding issues, cash related risk and other similar topics. - Cash management
- Short term. Review Group’s daily cash position and initiate placement of surplus funds.
- Cash flow planning for short term and long term ( more than 1 year).
- Cash flow monitoring and reporting – daily, weekly and monthly, cash pooling and netting.
- Working capital monitoring
Review corporate policies related to working capital and model their impact on cash flows. - Risk Management
Use of various hedging tools to reduce risk in interest and FOREX currency exposure. - Credit Management
Evaluate the credit terms granted to our customers - Any other adhoc assignments that may be delegated by Financial Controller and senior management.
