Static Data Management

To assist Team Lead:-

• To ensure all requests on static data creation & maintenance are carried out accurately and timely.
• To ensure all services delivered are meeting the SLA/SLI.
• To identify and improve operational processes on a continuous basis and ensure adherence to internal policy & procedures and regulatory compliance.
• To support the overall department KPIs.

KEY FUNCTIONS/ RESPONSIBILITIES

Creation and Maintenance of Static Data in Treasury System

• Ensure that the record creation/maintenance requests are valid i.e. supported with a valid source and all setup/maintenance are performed timely and accurately.
• Support the static data includes counterparty, standard settlement instructions and instruments.
• Support the static data for OCBC Malaysia and Singapore (scope phased out during the hubbing plan).

Customer Service

• Liaise and work closely with Treasury Ops SDM to ensure SLA/SLI is met.
• Attend to internal customers’ enquiries and handle exceptional request on ad hoc basis.

Risk and Control

• Identify and improve operational processes on a continuous basis and ensure adherence to internal policy & procedures and regulatory compliance.

Quality Initiatives

• Maintain good quality of work i.e. zero defects and minimize reworks.
• Identify and put in action plan for areas for process improvement.

Others

• Ad hoc assignments

• Able to work fast, independently and under pressure.
• Self-motivated and able to work as a team.
• Possess positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Preferably knowledge dealing with Treasury products.
• Fresh Graduate / Junior Entry Level are welcome
