Trust & Safety Content Reviewer - Vietnamese - Kuala Lumpur

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Content Reviewer to join our Trust and Safety team. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for handling developer escalations and appeals related to app enforcement actions. You’ll help ensure platform policies are upheld while supporting developers with clear, empathetic communication. 

Job Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for ensuring fair treatment and compliance.
• Experience in Trust and Safety, content moderation, or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Review and resolve escalations or appeals from developers regarding enforcement actions taken on their apps.
• Break down complex issues into clear, concise summaries to communicate effectively through emails, internal tickets, and video calls.
• Conduct thorough research to support fair and accurate decision-making.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently, while making judgment calls in high-stakes situations.
• Master relevant policies and advocate for a balanced approach that upholds platform standards while showing empathy towards developers.
