Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting user research, surveys, and basic competitive analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications under guidance from senior designers.
• Help develop user flows, journey maps, and simple information architecture to support usability improvements.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented correctly.
• Contribute to building and maintaining design systems and style guides for consistency.
• Participate in usability testing, summarize feedback, and make design updates based on findings.
• Ensure designs work well across different screen sizes and devices.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align designs with project goals.
  

What would you need?

• Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience designing digital products, or equivalent internship/project experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Knowledge: Understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and basic usability guidelines.
• Bonus: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
• Collaboration: Good communication skills, openness to feedback, and a collaborative mindset.
• Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating your design process, visual skills, and problem-solving approach.
• Eligibility: Must be a MALAYSIAN citizen.
