Duties and responsibilities but not limited to:

Day-to-day tasks:

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers and front-end developers to bring design concepts to life, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Translate design mockups and wireframes into interactive, responsive, and pixel-perfect user interfaces prototype.
• Develop interactive prototypes, mockups or product demos to demonstrate the functionality and flow of the application to stakeholders.
• Implement consistent design patterns, typography, color schemes, and visual elements to maintain a cohesive brand identity across our products.
• Design and optimize user flows, information architecture, and interaction models to create intuitive and user-centered experiences.
• Implement 2D/3D animations, transitions, and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement and delight.
• Conduct usability tests, user research, and gather feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement in the user experience.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to ensure seamless integrations of front-end and back-end functionality.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design and front-end development.

Strategic Tasks:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually engaging designs that align with our brand identity and objective.
• Conceptualize and develop design solutions for various platforms including digital, print and multimedia.
• Product high-quality 2D/3D graphics, illustrations and layouts for websites, social media, marketing materials and other channels.
• Present design concepts and ideas to marketing and incorporate feedback to refine final deliverables.
• Assist in maintaining collateral inventory and managing the digital asset library, ensuring proper labelling, categorization, and accessibility.
• Utilize industry-standard software and tools to produce high-quality multimedia content. This may involve video editing, audio editing, motion graphics, and animation.
• Handle various projects and work with the team.

Requirements:

• Formal Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Specialized in either Design, Fine Arts or Product Management
• Proficient in motion graphics design for app and web
• Language Requirements: English and Chinese
• Total Work Experience: 2 years and above
• Added value if previous work experience is in the field of AI, education, social media platforms, or companies with both web and app as product.
