Qualifications & experience

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and the ability to create designs for various screen sizes and devices.
• Experience in conducting user research, user testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and user flows.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional team environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, user-centered designs.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Design and develop the user interface (UI) to provide the best possible user experience (UX).
• Have a good understanding of UI/UX concepts and principles for web and mobile applications.
• System thinking.
• The ability to structure and iterate abstract business requirements into practical, logical, and functional solutions that is aligned with company's business needs.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure that all design align with the brand visual guidelines.
• Incorporate user needs and business requirements into design concepts.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
