Urgent Hiring! HR Onboarding Compliance Specialist (can start ASAP) - Immediate Start

We are currently on the lookout for an HR Onboarding and Compliance Specialist who will be part of a pioneer ramp here in our company. The person will be performing the following duties and responsibilities.

• Handles the end-to-end process of pre-boarding of new hires.
• Knowledge mastery and filing of pre-employment requirements checklist up to deployment on their first day.
• Coordinates and assists new hire employees.
• Responsible for discussion, collection, follow-up, checking, compliance monitoring, and records keeping of all pre-employment requirements among new hires (documents and certificates, clearances, IDs and government-issued numbers, medical examination, background investigation reports, IC exam results, and other licensing requirements, etc.)
• Coordinates with internal teams within the company to complete specific onboarding tasks promptly and to resolve basic issues.
• Handles company ID creation and replacements.
• Point person in 201 filings.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• A bachelor's or associate's degree in human resources management or a related field.
• Experience as an onboarding specialist or in a similar HR role.
• Has proven experience doing vendor management and/or project management with 3rd-party partners
• The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to perform any given task/s with MS Office applications
• Can start asap
• The position will require an employee to work onsite in KL City Central, Malaysia
