URGENT HIRING - Sales Admin Executive (KL Fresh/Exp Up to 4.5K) - P11 - Energetic Workplace

Job Highlights:

• Prior experience in sales administration will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team. 
• Ensure proper processing and filing of documents and reports. 
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate information in the MHW/IFCA system. 
• Liaise with bankers to track loan application statuses. 
• Coordinate with real estate agents, purchasers, and solicitors for signing arrangements of Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and other related documents. 
• Assist in project launches and other important events as needed. 
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written. 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Prior experience in sales administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
